Three terms before you start

Prompt: The task you write to an AI: what you want, the context, and the result you expect.
AI assistant: A tool that answers questions and can work with files when permitted. Codex and Claude Code can help with code, among other tasks.
Skill: Saved instructions for a repeatable workflow, such as a consistent check before finishing each presentation.
